Returns from your Christmas Shop

We will arrange a courier to collect asap on or after the date you put on the form. Unfortunately our courier cannot give a specific collection time so many of our customers find it easier to get the returns box picked up from school.
All returns must be with us by 15th January 2016 at the latest. This means you need to notify us of what you are returning by 7th January 2016 at the latest.


We offer free delivery to mainland UK postcodes on all orders.

If you require delivery elsewhere then please contact us for a quote.


In busy periods delivery can take up to TWO WEEKS - please contact us if you require your items sooner.

Please note that in the event of failure to deliver by our courier company we will not be held liable for any loss of profit. We will always endeavour to communicate with you should our couriers encounter problems delivering your gifts.

Just contact us at to let us know how many gifts you are returning and we will arrange courier collection. If you post items back to us yourself then we are not liable for the cost of postage.

We are sorry but we cannot accept returns of more than 20 gifts. If you send us more than 20 items back then you will only be refunded for the first 20.

We cannot give full refunds for any items returned with stickers or bows stuck on them. If you originally ordered an unwrapped shop then we cannot accept any wrapped returns. If you return items with bows or stickers attached then we will deduct 50p per item from your refund as we will need to re-wrap the items.

To qualify for Returns, any unsold items must be returned to Limited by the date specified on your delivery note. For Christmas Shops 2015, returns must be received by 15th January 2016. This means you need to contact us via email asap after your shop, but at the latest by 7th January 2016 to allow us time to organise collection of your returns!
After this date returns cannot be accepted and refunds will not be possible.

All our items are covered by the UK Distance Selling Regulations which give you the right to a "cooling off" period. If you are unhappy with your goods then let us know in writing via email to or to our postal address within seven days of you receiving the goods. We will issue you a returns number and you can return the goods although you will be liable for the cost of returning them.
